i have been a vegetarian for years and over the years, i’ve basically just made up a bunch of things to put together- i love to cook and experiment so that helps. i have one that you can try. i chop up zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, and broccoli and i put them in a pot with some boiling water to make them soft and yummy. at the same time i also make white rice. after a couple minutes in the boiling water, the veggies should be done. drain them, put them in a bowl and put a little salt and pepper on them. when the rice is done, simply put the veggies and rice in the same bowl, mix them up and eat up. i’ve added different sauces to it over the years too. for instance soy sauce. or if you want to make a really good spaghetti sauce, just add those veggies to some cheap spaghetti sauce and pour over pasta- it’s amazing!!!! i hope this works for you!!!

I’m a teen and I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life (meat has always just skeeved me out!) I just thought it was funny because I eat so much cereal and grilled cheese!! Anyways I love making peanut butter and grahm crackers into a sandwhich…its the best!! I also like to have hard boiled eggs in salad or sandwhiches or w/e because there a fast and easy way to get protein. I won’t touch all those icky soy products and stuff NO one wants to eat those! LOL

Shame on you, child. A vegetarian lifestyle is NOT trendy. My best recommendation would be to buy yourself a nice rib roast, slap that baby in the oven, and please don’t forget the gravy. Delicious. Your parents will be proud, I promise you.

don’t starve yourself! LOL, I know what you mean.

Try the veggie burgers from Morning star. you can find them in the freezer section of your local grocery store.

The grillers and chicken patties are delicious and are “meat free”.

Eat apple slices with peanut butter, they are a great snack.
Cashews and almonds are a great source of protein. and if you like, eat some vegetarian beans. You need your protein.

    Lastly check out this site:
